Montreal, May 28, 2025 – ANDY Corp. is happy to announce the appointment of Sailesh Mani who joins the team as Chief Financial Officer effective immediately.

 

As Chief Financial Officer of ANDY Corp. this strategic hire marks a pivotal moment in the company’s journey as it continues its ambitious transformation and expansion initiatives amidst evolving global economic conditions.


With over 25 years of international experience across finance leadership roles in the mining, metals, commodities, and supply chain sectors, Mr. Mani brings a powerhouse combination of strategic foresight, operational rigor, and global perspective. Just before joining ANDY Corp., Mr. Mani served as CFO at Tata Steel Minerals Canada, where he has consistently delivered results through restructuring, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and strengthened governance frameworks. His previous roles include Chief Financial Controller at Tata Steel’s Ferro Alloys and Minerals Division in India, Group Financial Controller for Tata Steel in the Netherlands, and CFO of Rio Tinto Benga Ltd. in Mozambique. He has also held key financial leadership roles in Gabon, Nigeria, and India, always delivering value through capital efficiency, commodity hedging, treasury and cash flow management, cost controls across multi-site operations, procurement strategy, and robust internal audit and compliance systems.
