1. How does your role as Graphic Designer/Web Manager contribute to ANDY’s overall success?
My role contributes directly to ANDY’s success by shaping how customers and partners experience our brand on and off line. I focus on delivering consistent and cohesive brand creatives across all channels to strengthen ANDY's recognition and ensure our customers' trust.
2. What’s your creative process when designing visuals or managing ANDY's web presence?
My process combines creativity and innovation with strategy. Creatively, I experiment with layouts, colours, and imagery that reflect the ANDY brand and our values. Using the visual as a communication medium to demonstrate what sets ANDY apart in the transport and supply chain industry
3. How would you describe the collaboration between the design team and other departments at ANDY?
The collaboration is very fluid and supportive. Each department brings its own expertise, and design acts as the connector, turning ideas into visuals or digital experiences that reinforce the brand and its positioning. I work closely with them to understand their goals and deliver creative that supports their success.

4. How do you approach problem-solving when faced with tight deadlines or complex design challenges?
When deadlines are tight, I stay focused on priorities by breaking the project down into key steps. This allows me to deliver on time without sacrificing quality. I also look for creative ways to simplify complex problems while still ensuring the final product is impactful and aligned with the ANDY brand.
5. What role does feedback (from colleagues or customers) play in your design and web decisions?
Feedback is what keeps design evolving. Even the best creative work benefits from fresh perspectives. Whether it’s small tweaks or major shifts, feedback fosters my creativity and leads me to refine designs that stand out. At the end of the day, it’s about creating solutions that serve our team and speak to our clients better.
6. How do you incorporate AI tools into your design and web management work, and how have they improved your creative process at ANDY?
AI helps me explore design ideas quickly. For example, I can generate multiple variations of a layout or visual concept to see what direction works best. From there, I refine and customize the designs so they’re fully aligned with ANDY’s brand identity. It’s like having an extra brainstorming partner that speeds up the creative process.
