1. How does your role as a National Account Manager contribute to ANDY’s success?
My role contributes to ANDY's success in different key ways. For example building strategic relationships with our customers which lead to repeat business, driving revenue and growth. Another essential part of my work involves effectively engaging with our customers, partner carriers, and internal teams to align interests and achieve shared goals.
2. What strategies do you use to build strong relationships with customers across the country?
Making sure I truly understand our customers' requirements and try to fulfill them to ensure customer satisfaction. Regularly checking in on them via their preferred mode of communication, whether it be email or telephone. Proactivity. I don't wait for a problem to arise. By understanding our customers' needs I aim to foresee issues and resolve them before they arise. If they do come up unexpectedly, I make sure to resolve them right away, to learn from them so that we know how to handle them.
3. How would you describe the collaboration between departments at ANDY?
I collaborate with sales, marketing, logistics operations, finance, to ensure seamless service delivery. By aligning internal resources with customer expectations, I help keep ANDY’s brand reputation strong and reliable.

4. How do you approach problem-solving when a customer faces a logistics challenge?
In this industry, I am constantly solving problems, it is important to listen to the customers' issues and communicate clearly with our ops team so we could come up with a quick and easy solution. Keeping our customers updated and always following up is important.
5. How does being part of a woman-led company inspire or influence your work?
Seeing strong, driven women in leadership positions reinforces the belief that there are no limits to what we can achieve. It motivates me to lead with confidence, own my space, and advocate for myself and others.
6. How do you balance managing multiple national accounts while ensuring personalized attention to each customer?
Not all accounts need the same level of attention at the same time. I always prioritize based on urgency and business impact. I also use account plans and regular check-ins to stay aligned with each customer's goals.
7. What’s your approach to understanding the unique needs of customers across different industries?
One thing I’ve really come to understand at ANDY—through research and lots of conversations with our customers and prospects—is that there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all solution. Every industry has its own challenges and priorities. That’s why I always make sure our approach is tailored—whether it’s the services we provide, the level of support we offer, or even how we communicate. Customization is everything
