Montreal, QC, March 18, 2026 – ANDY Corporation (“ANDY”), a leading Canadian transportation and logistics group, is pleased to announce the acquisition of JDW International and JMS Warehousing, two Ontario-based companies specializing in asset-based transportation and industrial warehousing services.
The acquisition provides immediate access to fleet of over 60 trucks, over 200,000 square feet of indoor industrial warehouse space, and 9 acres of outdoor storage across four facilities, including customs-bonded warehousing near the Blue Water Bridge corridor, one of Canada’s most strategic cross-border trade gateways. The addition enhances ANDY’s geographic coverage and creates operational synergies across its dedicated transportation, warehousing, integrated logistics, and fleet management divisions.
