ANDY Reinforces its Team with the Appointment of Catalin Caracas as Chief Human Resources Officer

New CHRO role dedicated to strategic alignment between human resources functions and business goals in growth and transformation

Montreal, August 24th, 2023 – ANDY is happy to announce the appointment of Catalin Caracas who joins the team as Chief Human Resources Officer effective immediately.


While being responsible for overseeing ANDY’s workplace culture with emphasis on creating cultural congruence, Mr. Caracas will lead all aspects of ANDY’s human resources to ensure alignment with business strategy in growth and transformation. He will pilot the enrichment of ANDY’s culture to cultivate high-performance within the organization, therefore help fuel the next phase of growth.


With more than two decades of experience in human resources within diverse industries, such as insurance, aviation security, and manufacturing, Mr. Caracas will supervise recruitment, retention, and talent management. He will ensure that employees receive the necessary training and development to help them advance professionally and attain their professional goals. Mr. Caracas will put into place the necessary tools to guide and oversee organizational and performance management, succession planning, change management, as well as compensation and benefits.
